Loan-to-Value up to 60%
Each project on Digilo is backed by real estate collateral, and the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio never exceeds 60%. LTV shows the relationship between the loan amount and the market value of the pledged property. For example, if a property is worth €100,000, the loan amount will not exceed €60,000. This conservative approach gives investors a strong safety margin and reduces potential risk.
Projects Based in Latvia
At this stage, all projects listed on the platform are based in Latvia and backed by locally registered real estate. As our platform will grow and the investor community expand, we plan to gradually open opportunities in other EU countries — with the same careful evaluation and local due diligence standards.
Investments Starting from €150
We believe that secure investing should be accessible. That’s why investments on Digilo start from just €150, allowing both new and experienced investors to build a diversified portfolio with manageable entry points.
Safe and Regulated Payment Environment
All investor wallets are created and maintained by LemonWay, a licensed European payment institution. Our partnership with LemonWay ensures that funds are handled under strict regulatory supervision, providing an additional layer of protection for every investor.
Clear Process in Case of Default
In the unlikely event of borrower default, the real estate collateral is sold through an auction process. All recovered funds are then distributed proportionally among investors, ensuring that every participant receives their fair share of the recovered amount.
This mechanism provides a transparent and predictable structure for risk management.
