Yes. Digilo operates under an ECSP licence issued under the ECSPR framework and is supervised by Latvijas Banka.

If the issue cannot be resolved, Digilo may initiate recovery and enforcement measures. Since projects are backed by real estate collateral, this may include selling the pledged property through the legal enforcement process, including auction if necessary.
