How the Digilo Welcome Referral Programme works

The idea is simple.

An existing Digilo user shares their personal referral link with a friend. The friend registers through that link, completes the required verification and onboarding process, and starts investing on the platform.

If the referred investor makes eligible Primary Market investments within the first 60 calendar days after successful registration, both users may receive cashback:

• the referred investor may receive 1% cashback on eligible investments;
• the referrer may also receive 1% cashback on the same eligible investments made by the referred investor.

This means your friend receives a welcome benefit for joining Digilo, and you receive a reward for introducing them to the platform.

Who can invite a friend?

To participate as a referrer, you need to have an active Digilo account and have completed the required registration, identity verification, and onboarding steps.

You also need to use your personal referral link generated within the Digilo platform. This link allows Digilo to track the referral correctly and connect the referred investor to your account.

Referral links can be shared with friends, family, colleagues, or through personal online channels, as long as the sharing is fair, lawful, transparent, and not misleading.

Who can receive the welcome cashback?

To qualify as a referred investor, the person joining Digilo must be a new Digilo user and register through a valid referral link.

They must also complete the full registration process, identity verification, and all required onboarding steps before they can start investing.

Registration is considered successful only once the account has been activated and the required verification steps have been completed.

What investments are eligible?

Cashback applies to eligible investments made by the referred investor during the first 60 calendar days after successful registration.

To qualify, the investment must:

• be made by the referred investor;
• be made in the Digilo Primary Market;
• be made within the 60-day eligibility period;
• be successfully completed and accepted by the platform;
• relate to a crowdfunding project that is successfully funded and becomes active.

Investments that are cancelled, refunded, rejected, withdrawn, reversed, or otherwise invalid do not qualify for cashback.

If a project is cancelled, withdrawn, or not successfully funded, Digilo may exclude that investment from the cashback calculation or allow additional time for the referred investor to make another eligible investment, depending on the situation.

How much cashback can you receive?

Both the referrer and the referred investor may receive cashback equal to 1% of the invested principal amount of each eligible investment made by the referred investor during the applicable 60-day period.

The cashback is calculated only on the referred investor’s eligible investments.

Unless otherwise stated by Digilo, there is no maximum cashback limit under the Welcome Referral Programme.

When is cashback paid?

Cashback is credited to the participant’s Digilo account after the eligibility requirements have been verified.

This means that the referred investor must have made an eligible investment, the investment must have been accepted by the platform, and the relevant project must have been successfully funded and become active.

Cashback processing may take up to 30 calendar days after successful verification.

A simple example

Imagine you invite a friend to Digilo using your personal referral link.

Your friend completes registration and invests in eligible Primary Market projects during their first 60 days.

If those investments meet the programme conditions and the projects are successfully funded and become active, your friend may receive 1% cashback on their eligible investments.

You may also receive 1% cashback on the same eligible investments made by your friend.

Important things to remember

The Welcome Referral Programme is designed as a standard welcome benefit for new investors and a referral reward for existing Digilo users.

It operates separately from any limited-time campaigns, special bonuses, seasonal offers, or other promotions that Digilo may introduce. Any additional promotion will have its own terms and conditions unless stated otherwise.

Participants must not create multiple accounts, refer themselves, use misleading information, send spam, impersonate Digilo, or present investments as risk-free or guaranteed.

Digilo may restrict, refuse, cancel, reverse, or reclaim cashback if fraud, abuse, misleading activity, compliance concerns, or breach of terms is suspected.
